At the recent "National Night Out" event that promotes neighborliness and safety, we had a table with a map and sheets that asked "What makes a good neighbor?
The outcome was amazing: Respectful, friendly, watching out for each other, no complaining, sharing, trustworthy, kindness and compassion.
Name a good neighbor: Phyllis, Oscar & Maria, my grandma ... people who care!
How many neighbors do you know by name?
Was another question we asked. What fun responses!
