Loughborough Resource Center
The Loughborough Resource Center provides community members with access to resources, support, and opportunities to connect with others. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment where adults can receive assistance, build connections, and access services that support their needs.
At the center, community members can receive resume assistance, job-search support, and help with important documents. We also provide access to ECM services, host community breakfasts, and offer AA meetings. Through these services and community engagement opportunities, we strive to connect individuals with valuable resources and create a stronger, more connected community.

Enhanced Care Management (ECM)
Enhanced Care Management (ECM) provides personalized support for eligible Medi-Cal members. We help community members navigate their healthcare, connect with essential resources, coordinate services, and access the support they need to improve their overall well-being. Our goal is to make it easier to get the right care and feel supported every step of the way.
Manejo de Atención Mejorada (ECM)
El programa de Manejo de Atención Mejorada (ECM) brinda apoyo personalizado a los miembros de Medi-Cal que califican. Ayudamos a los miembros de la comunidad a navegar el sistema de atención médica, conectarse con recursos importantes, coordinar servicios y recibir el apoyo que necesitan para mejorar su bienestar general. Nuestro objetivo es facilitar el acceso a la atención adecuada y acompañar a cada persona en cada paso del camino.
